Simply Mindful Counseling
Simply Mindful Counseling is a small group of like-minded providers who serve teens and adults throughout California by providing in-person and tele-therapy services in English, Spanish and Farsi languages. Services are guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches including mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, self-compassion, gratitude, values and goals to increase awareness of self and responses to challenging situations.
